廢氣處理活性炭Activated carbon for exhaust gas treatment 活性炭吸附法關鍵參數要求 1、活性炭過濾箱結構設計合理,不得讓未經過濾的氣體進入后續工藝流程,過濾后尾氣中顆粒物含量<1mg/m。過濾箱應有壓差計,壓力過大時及時更換并記錄。 2、活性炭填充量與每小時處理廢氣量體積之比應不小于1:5000,每 1 萬 Nm/h 廢氣處理蜂窩活性炭吸附截面積不小于 2.3 ㎡,顆粒活性炭吸附截面積不小于 4.6 ㎡ 。 3、顆粒活性炭最好選擇柱狀活性炭,直徑≤5mm,比表面積≥1200㎡/g,碘值≥800mg/g,四氯化碳吸附率≥45%;蜂窩活性炭的橫向強度應不低于 0.3MPa,縱向強度應不低于0.8MPa,比表面積≥750㎡/g,碘值≥800mg/g,四氯化碳吸附率≥25%。 廢氣處理活性炭參數是指在活性炭的使用過程中,會發生什么現象。從以上幾點可以看出,廢氣處理活性炭參數主要有:顆粒大小、表面官能團、表面堿性官能團和微孔結構等。 一、顆粒大小 活性炭的顆粒大小直接影響其吸附能力,顆粒越大,吸附能力越強。對工業生產上來說,根據生產需求選擇合適的粒徑,是提高活性炭吸附性能的關鍵。 二、表面官能團 在活性炭表面上有大量的官能團存在,主要是一些含氧官能團和羧基等親水性較強的基團。 Key parameter requirements for activated carbon adsorption method 1.
